La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland— Independent and family watch brand, Edouard Koehn, is delighted to announce a strategic partnership with Independent Watcher, appointing them as the exclusive distributor for Edouard Koehn watches in Greater China, with a strong focus on Hong Kong and Macau.
Originally relaunched in 2020 by the Fleury family, Bernard Fleury and his children, Edouard Koehn has garnered significant admiration among watch connoisseurs. However, until now, the brand's success has remained relatively confidential due to a lack of experienced regional distributors specializing in independent watch brands.
Now, the brand is set to achieve a significant milestone in Greater China, a region well-known to Bernard Fleury. Edouard Koehn watches will be distributed by Independent Watcher, the region's leading distributor of independent watch brands.
Benjamin Hui, Founder of Independent Watcher, said, " We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Edouard Koehn, a brand that effortlessly embodies the spirit of precision, innovation, and artistry in watchmaking. This venture signifies an exciting new chapter for both organizations. Edouard Koehn's rich heritage and exceptional craftsmanship, coupled with our distribution capabilities, create a potent synergy. We are confident that this alliance will resonate strongly with watch enthusiasts and collectors across Greater China. "
Bernard Fleury, Chief Executive Officer of Edouard Koehn and head of the family-owned business, commented, "Our family is honored and delighted to debut the Edouard Koehn collections in Hong Kong and Macau through the regional network of Benjamin Hui and his Independent Watcher team. We value this long-term partnership and believe that the shared commitment and deep horological passion will lead to unprecedented success for our new independent brand offering."
Edouard Koehn, based in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, and its eponymous timepieces bear the name of Edouard Koehn (1839 to 1908) who began his impressive career as a watchmaker at the court of the Grand Duchy of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach in Germany.
Today, the rebirth of Edouard Koehn as a brand is a tribute to the exceptional watchmaking skills of its founder and highlights the importance of safeguarding and perpetuating the leading role of the Swiss watch industry in the field of fine watchmaking.
The brand's philosophy is expressed through its launch collections: the Tempus I chronograph, the Tempus II "Open Heart" mono-pusher chronograph, and the World Heritage model, a World Time and Alarm watch.

Edouard Koehn Master Watchmaker 1891 - Highlights
The Edouard Koehn brand was relaunched in spring 2020. Edouard Koehn (1839-1908) began his career as a watchmaker at the court of the Grand Duchy of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach (Germany) and created his own eponymous brand in 1891.
The technical and artisanal spirit underlying the contemporary timepieces is based on authentic fine watchmaking know-how, inherited from the watchmaker Edouard Koehn. This watchmaker, who headed up Patek Philippe, was always a fan of unique objects and small series production. This spirit is perfectly preserved today with these watches marketed in limited series. Now based in the watchmaking metropolis of La Chaux-de-Fonds in Switzerland, the family-owned Edouard Koehn Master Watchmaker Company perpetuates the expertise and the demand for quality that have defined the watchmaker's creations since the beginning.
