The "Golden Blue" color of the dial is inspired by the color of the Emperor in Chinese history and is achieved through the use of Fortuna Gold and Phantom Blue hues. The Fortuna Gold color is an antique gold hue with undertones of brown, olive, and yellow, while the Phantom Blue is a deep inky shade of midnight blue with a small addition of violet to balance darkness and depth with vibrancy.

The watch features a sterling silver dial that is hand-guillochéd, with hour and minute indications slightly shifted towards 12 h, and subdials for small seconds and date indications that are rose gold-plated. The ground plate is plated with black rhodium and hand-guillochéd, with rose gold and rhodium-plated movement parts, flame-blued crown and ratchet wheel, and flame-blued screws. The watch also boasts its own manufactory hand-winding movement, with a small second at 8 h, date indication at 4 h, and a diameter of 30 mm, height of 5.1 mm.

The hands of the watch are flame-blued steel hands in "Breguet"-style, and the strap is a hand-sewn alligator leather strap with a folding clasp or thorn buckle. The high-grade steel case made in Pforzheim has a diameter of 39 mm and a height of 11.5 mm, with a sapphire glass on both sides. The watch also features screwed-in strap lugs, a crown at 2 h, and a pusher for date correction at 3 h.
