1. Orders & Payments
1.1 All orders become valid only upon our written confirmation.
1.2 For selected items (e.g., limited editions/customized watches), a deposit may be required.
- Deposit Policy: Once paid, deposits are non-refundable, except where we fail to fulfill the order.
1.3 The balance payment must be completed within the agreed timeframe. Late payments will result in order cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
2. Product Quality Liability
2.1 All watches are supplied directly by the Brand. As an authorized dealer, we are not involved in manufacturing.
2.2 Quality Liability:
- Responsibility for design, materials, movement performance, and manufacturing defects rests solely with the Brand;
- We assume no liability for quality issues arising from the Brand’s production process.
2.3 For verified manufacturing defects, we will assist customers under the Brand’s warranty policy.
3. Delivery & Inspection
3.1 Delivery timelines are estimates only and subject to stock availability, logistics, and customs clearance.
3.2 Inspect package integrity upon delivery. Report damage/issues with photographic evidence within 48 hours of unboxing.
4. Warranty Policy
4.1 All watches carry the Brand’s official warranty (typically 2-5 years; refer to warranty card).
4.2 Warranty excludes:
- User-induced damage (impacts, water exposure, unauthorized modifications);
- Normal wear (scratches on watch cases, strap aging);
- Repairs/modifications by unauthorized parties.
5. Returns & Exchanges
5.1 Returns are not accepted for non-defective items – please confirm specifications before ordering.
5.2 Eligible cases for return/exchange:
- Significant mismatch between received item and order;
- Visible transit damage (with proof at delivery);
- Factory-confirmed mechanical defects.
5.3 Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with unused items including original tags.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Product images/specifications on our website are for reference only. Actual items may vary.
6.2 We are not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, policy changes).
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation.
7.2 Any disputes unresolved through negotiation shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with HKIAC Rules. The arbitral award shall be binding and enforceable.
8. Amendments
8.1 We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted online without prior notice.
